Hello! It's that time again...It appears that some submissions are being added to the wrong folders, which means that it's time to go back to the previous sorting methods. Each folder has a limit of 2 deviations per week; that adds up to 8 deviations per month for each member. If you cannot space out your submission patterns to fit these standards, that is not the group's problem. Keep in mind that the admins of this group have responsibilities off the internet, and the last thing we want to see are 100+ notifications about submissions.
If you're still confused about which folder to submit to,
please, consult this journal:
anime-100.deviantart.com/journ…Now, just a few things I'd like to address:
1.) The Commissions, Art Trades, Ads, etc. FolderThe only deviations that should be submitted into this folder are
commissions, art trades, ads, etc. If you did not create the piece you are submitting in exchange for payment, art, or just as a gift or request for another person,
do not submit to this folder. Check the journal regarding the folder rules to see what category your deviation falls under. If you're still having issues for any reason whatsoever, send us a message about it and we will help you to the best of our abilities.
2.) Sketches and Unfinished WorkWe only accept finished works into this group. There is a clear difference between finished works fully done in pencil, pen, what-have-you and a simple sketch. We want pieces with color, but if you purposely choose not to add color to a finished piece, we understand that. Though, again, it is usually obvious to tell when that is the case. This doesn't necessarily mean that all deviations need to have an extravagant background, spectacular colors, or anything like that; it's just going to guarantee that your deviation has less of a chance of being rejected. Anyways, from now on, all sketches and unfinished works will be rejected. (Sketch dumps are not an exception.)
3.) Anime-100 is an Anime GroupMeaning, if it can't be traced back to an anime or it doesn't resemble an anime style, your work might get rejected. Granted, we try to be very lenient as far as style goes. However, if the subject of your piece is an animal drawn in a realistic style, odds are it's not going to be added. I'd hate to be choosy about it, honestly, but the title of the group should be as clear as day. This isn't really a prominent problem in the group, but I added it just in case some people wonder why a certain deviation was down-voted.
4.) Dolls and BasesWe do
NOT accept either into the group. Instead, we urge our members to create something using their own skills and imagination. It's completely okay if you want to use either for practice or whatnot, but do not submit it here. It will instantly be rejected.
If there are any questions or concerns regarding the rule changes, please comment in this journal.
